Phenolic integrated insulatin bracket is made by mold pressing and curing under high temperature and pressures with phenolic resin and fibers.This product has advantages of high flame retardant ,light resistance and excellent electric insulation.

1.Combustion performance meets the requirement of GB8624-2006 Level A2, classification for burning behavior of building material and products.
2.The maximum vertical imposed load is greater than 2.5kN.
3.The maximum horizontal imposed load  is greater than 2.0kN.
4.The flexural strength is higher than 220MPa.
5.The impact strength is higher than 150kJ/m²
6.The insulating resistance is higher than 1.0×10¹²Ω.
7.The service life is more than 35 years.
