2. Assembly
The grating should have minimum 40 mm width edge on the supports on site assembly, special clips must be applicated in some especial situations. There are type C; type L and type M stainless steel clips for grating site assembly.

3. FRP grating cutting and holds opening
The grating could be cut economically according to the requirement , the cutting process does not effect the machinic properity. The cutting interception should be resin coated to ensure its anticorrosion. The cutting tools can be any kinds of bladers, such as diamond blader and band saw blader. The holds opening on FRP grating is the same way as FRP grating cutting and any machinic cutting will not decrease the physical properity of FRP grating. Over ?12mm holes could be drilled by drilling machine and small holes could be drilled by portable driller. Also, the FRP grating could be grinded by grinders; files and sand papers.

4. Safety measures
The operators who cutting the FRP grating should wear protection glasses and mask to protect their eyes and reduce dust breathing. Also, it is better in uniform and gloves to keep dust away skin. So, the working environment should be in good ventilation and with good lighting. All the cutting machine should be in good condition all the time
